When it comes to travel consumers are incredibly influenced. Since the development of tourism began in 1700 it has changed radically in that it is available to the masses and with a wide choice. this report will study the technological advances and how this affects tourism through volume type or impact on a place at a certain period.

An increase in the airfare rates to Srinagar has affected tourist inflow into the region, leading to diversion of tourist traffic to other destinations. Tourists expect a round-trip ticket to cost around Rs 5,000 during peak season from national capital New Delhi to Srinagar, but now it is reported to be in the range of rupees 13,000.

There is no doubt in saying that if there is a hike in airfare then it will surely affect the tourism industry.
